Canon support

I have been using an error with the Canon printer, currently while trying to print there is an unknown error in the system called canon printer offline, I have tried to reinstall every possible knowledge that I have to counter the issue, however, there is no such way to counter the issue, I had to ask this question so as to solve the issue, any solution would be appreciated.
